The QA will introduce an efficient and effective end-to-end process for scanning and digitising client documentation. Input into this process is to cover the overall project management, discovery, QA and infrastructure responsibilities.
Designing, implement, and manage the end-to-end quality assurance strategy.
Assure 3rd Party quality processes are maintained and fit for purpose.
Identify and manage the defect / scanning referral process.
Have a deep, practical understanding of the principles of Quality Assurance
Demonstrable experience of leading a complex Quality Assurance process
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining defect management
